5x7” oil painting and collage, on card, unframed. 

My process-I begin by laying down some colors, then add some collage elements(magazine clippings). Then after some consideration, I paint into what has appeared . In this case the doggie and a mysterious scratching hand stays in the picture, the rest of the collage is painted over and becomes a peaceful garden.
